“Looks good!” is not an approval.

The artifact
The receipt is the point.
Proofing suites sell annotation. OkayFlow sells the artifact that ends arguments: a receipt you can attach to an invoice, forward to a project manager, or pull up eight months later.
Timestamped to the second
Name, email, and UTC time are recorded the moment your client approves. No more reconstructing the story from chat scrollback.

A new version always goes back for review. Approval never silently transfers to work the client hasn't seen.
Frozen at approval

- Do my clients need an account or password?
- No. Your client opens one link and taps Approve or Request changes — on any device, with nothing to install and no account to create. It is meant to be simpler than replying to an email.
- Is an OkayFlow approval legally binding?
- OkayFlow is evidence, not an e-signature or contract. It records who approved which exact version, the UTC time, and the terms shown — a timestamped, immutable receipt you can attach to an invoice or pull up later if approval is questioned.
- What can I send for review?
- Any link: Figma, Google Drive, Loom, staging URLs, PDFs, or pasted text. OkayFlow is tool-agnostic and sits alongside whatever you already use. File uploads are on the roadmap.
- How do revision rounds work?
- You set how many rounds the price includes, and your client sees the counter next to every decision. Approving is always allowed; new change requests stop once the agreed rounds are used.
- What happens when I hit the free plan's limit?
- Free covers your first project end to end. Archive a finished project to free the slot, or upgrade to run several at once. Downgrading never deletes or locks your existing data.
- Is my client tracked on the review page?
- No. The client review portal, public receipts, and approval packets load no product analytics — they are used by people who never signed up.
